Just a quick reminder that the November tuition payment is due by November 1st. If you haven't yet turned in your November payment, please do so by the beginning of next week to avoid a $10.00 late fee. Thank you so much!
A huge THANK YOU to all those families who were able to provide a treat for our candy hunt on October 29th. We had plenty of candy and beautiful weather. It was so much fun for us to see all the children dressed in costume and I felt like things went very well. Thanks to all of our sibling volunteers who helped us pass out candy!
All Kiln Born Creations order forms and payment are due by Monday, November 2nd. Our Pottery Days are scheduled for Monday, November 9th, (Pre-K, MW Twos) and Tuesday, November 10th (Galaska, McFarland, TR Twos). Additional order forms can be found outside of the preschool office.
We are hopeful that the pottery will be back and ready to go home prior to Thanksgiving vacation. Fingers crossed on that! One week until our 12th Annual Dinner & Auction! We have lots of great auction items and things are coming in each and every day! If you haven't purchased your tickets yet, please do so ASAP! Ticket prices increase on auction day. Prices now are as follows:
Tickets Ages 9-Up: $10.00 Tickets Ages 2-8: $5.00 Tickets Ages Under 2: Free The ticket order form can be found on this site under the auction tab or in the red pocket chart outside the preschool office. Ticket orders will be filled on a first serve, first come basis. Please check your child's backpack for your ticket order on the same day that you turned it in. Also, we will continuing accepting auction donations all next week, but to be sure that your donation is included in the auction program will would like donations to be received by Wednesday, November 4th. At this time, we are still working on childcare for the evening. We have had no volunteers. I am going to continue to find people (18 years of age and older) who would be willing to help in this area. If we are not able to get any volunteers for the evening, we will not be able to offer childcare. We are so sorry for the inconvenience this may cause, but the preschool staff is not able to help in this area because they have auction jobs that evening that require them to be upstairs to ensure that the auction runs smoothly. Thank you for all the support we have received so far to ensure that the 12th Annual Dinner/Auction is the best yet! A big THANKS to the PM Prek class for painting our school "wishing well!" They did an awesome job! The "wishing well" will be on display beginning Monday, October 19th, and we will be filling it with coins, checks and cash to help us meet our goal of $500.00! This money will be part of the auction goal that we have! So, let the children raid the coins stash at home and help us fill the wishing well!! Recently, Matt Holland, Ava's dad, organized a softball tournament to raise money for the preschool and we are working to match the generous contribution the softball tournament made which was $500.00! So, please consider helping us meet our goal! Each day you will see the "wishing well" in the hallway and it will travel to each classroom so the children have the opportunity to throw in some money!! Thanks, in advance, for helping us raise funds for the preschool!!
Preschool is closed for a teacher inservice day on Thursday, October 8th. We will also be closed on Monday, October 12, for Columbus Day. Enjoy your long weekend!
