Registration Information for the 2017-2018 School Year
The 2017-2018 Registration Packet can be found in its entirety below.
How to register for preschool:
*Please print the entire registration packet (10 pages in all) and complete each
form.
*Please submit cash/check made payable to St. John's Preschool in the amount of $65.00.
*Submit a copy of your child's birth certificate.
*Submit a copy of your child's latest physical and immunization record, including a screening/test for TB and Lead.
*Read through the Preschool Registration Tips for additional information.
