September is a transitional month for our youngest preschoolers. They are participating in daily preschool activities to include circle time and art projects, but their biggest accomplishment is saying goodbye to their regular caregivers to stay with us for 2.5 hours a day. It's a BIG transition for them, met with LOTS of tears in the first few weeks. The students are finally settling into the routine with the realization that we aren't keeping them and they do in fact go home after a couple, short hours. They are making great progress!
We welcome our smallest friends to preschool this year and while we know it will be hard for moms and dads, we want you to look past the rain to see the rainbow! Your little one will grow and learn more than you can imagine this year. We can't wait to color the world with them!
Our littlest friends are learning about Valentine's Day, Dental Health and healthy eating options this month. They will be focusing on hearts and the color red. We will explore painting with toothbrushes and talk about taking care of ourselves through healthy eating.
Our two year old students are jumping feet first into the Christmas season. We are practicing for our Christmas program and making some wonderful Christmas crafts for you to cherish for years to come.
